Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on must be accurately advised upon booking
Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee or booking cancellation
Maximum individual weight of 136kg, or a total combined passenger weight of 230kg
Pregnant participants may fly at their own discretion

All passengers are required to wear a seatbelt during the flight, regardless of any medical conditions
All bookings must advise if travelling with infants or passengers requiring special assistance
One additional child or infant may travel, subject to conditions, proof of age, and pilot approval
Infants up to the age of two may travel free on a lap, and children aged three to 11, with a combined weight under 77 kg, may share a seat if they fit side‑by‑side
If a flight is cancelled due to weather, maintenance, or other reasons, passengers will be offered rescheduling, an alternate tour of equal value, or a full or partial refund based on the portion completed and third‑party approval
