Departing in the early morning on the first day, you'll begin the reef adventure with semi-sub rides and fish viewing from the underwater observatory and soak up some sun on the spacious deck.
Revel in the tranquility of the watery surrounds in the evening as you enjoy a delicious seasonal menu with your fellow guests and watch as the marine world comes alive right in front of you before bunkering down for the night and gazing up at the stars in the crystal-clear night sky. Kick off day two with a hearty breakfast and then take part in all of the previous days' activities that you missed! Spend the night in a custom built queen size reefbed.

- Departs Port of Airlie at 8am and returns at 6.10pm the following day
- Departs Hamilton Island at 9am and returns at 5pm the following day
- Check-in is required at least 30 minutes prior to departure

- The Reefsleep cruise experience is available for people over the age of 10, and children must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian

- Please be aware there is no mobile phone or TV reception on the Great Barrier Reef
- This is not a private tour - you will be travelling with the Great Barrier Reef Adventure day guests. Once they depart, there will be a small group of 'Reefsleepers' left on the pontoon for the night

- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spending the night on the reef was easily the most memorable part of this experience! Climbing into our cozy Reefbed on the pontoon’s top deck and lying under a galaxy of stars felt like the most unique camping experience imaginable - peaceful, intimate, and completely unforgettable. Waking up to the sunrise over the Great Barrier Reef was pure magic. Watching the sky light up over the water, followed by a delicious breakfast, set the tone for an incredible morning. Being able to enjoy a quiet, private snorkel before any day‑trippers arrived made it feel so exclusive and special. Hot Tip: If you can, add the introductory scuba dive. Seeing marine life at eye level - huge schools of fish and even a turtle heading to its sleeping spot - was an unforgettable highlight and the perfect complement to an already amazing overnight stay.
