    You’ll kick off your experience with a greeting from your pilot and the ground crew, plus a safety briefing to get you ready for the flight.     • Flights run seven days a week, excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day from 10am - 3:30pm
    • The price quoted is for three people
    • September through to April is peak time for this experience so it is recommend that you book well in advance
    • Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
    • To ensure passenger safety and comfort, flights do not go ahead in rain, low clouds or heat over 35 degrees.
    • The pilot in command will make the final decision as to whether the flight will go ahead
    • If a flight is cancelled due to poor conditions, your experience will be rescheduled for another date

    Cancellation Policy

    • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
