    Experience the ultimate adrenaline rush on a 20 minute aerobatics flight in a Pitts Special bi-plane. Your experienced pilot will pack in lots of incredible manoeuvres and showcase amazing aerial views of the Hunter Valley throughout the flight. 

    Your adventure begins with a comprehensive briefing before being strapped securely into the open-air cockpit for the ride of a lifetime. You'll be fitted with a flight headset so that you can communicate with your pilot throughout the entire flight and feel comfortable. In the sky, your pilot will perform blood-rushing aerobatic manoeuvres such as loops, barrel rolls, wingovers, hammerhead turns, Cuban eights and more. You'll experience G forces of anywhere between +6G and -3G and you'll witness amazing aerial vistas of the Hunter Valley.

    Fitness and Experience

    • Passengers must be over the age of 14 years to fly; those aged under 18 must have parental consent
    • All passengers must be in good physical health, be less than 190cm tall and weigh 95kg or less
    • If you have a physical disability please let the provider know in advance so they can make sure to have all the facilities you might require
    • Passengers will not be permitted to fly if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    • Avoid excessive alcohol the night before and carbonated drinks the day of. Avoid eating anything one hour prior to take off

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Loose comfortable clothing
    • Sturdy, enclosed shoes
    • Sunglasses highly recommended as the glare off the clouds can be quite severe
    • Long hair to be tied back securely

    What is Supplied

    • 20 minute flight in the Pitts Special aircraft. Please allow up to one hour for the whole experience
    • Pre-flight briefing and instruction
    • Drinking water
    • Headsets

    More Information

    • Passengers are not permitted to carry anything on the flight as loose objects may be dropped into the aircraft and jam flight control
    • All flights are recorded on a single GoPro style camera. This footage is available upon request at the end of your experience for an additional $60

    • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
