During your 40 minute session, you’ll each be armed with a baseball bat with the complete freedom to let loose and smash up a range of breakable objects including crockery all while listening to your favourite tunes.  

    On arrival, take part in a quick safety induction before getting all your protection gear such as overalls, face shields, earplugs and gloves. Then, turn up the music and let the adrenaline kick in as you release all the tension and stress from your body in a safe way.     • Minimum age is 13 years
    • If you are aged between 13 and 17, you will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent so they can complete the sign-in waiver form when you check in at the venue
