We’ve rounded up five awesome summer holiday spots in partnership with Tourism Australia, and some of the must-do activities, to help make sure you don't half-holiday. Mornington Peninsula
Stop 1: Sea Dragon introductory dive
See the underwater world up close with this introductory scuba dive with the amazing Sea Dragons of the Mornington Peninsula. Learn the basics theory of scuba diving and practice your new skills in a pool before heading out to the ocean to put it all to use and meet the marine life.
Stop 2: Swimming with seals
Seeing dolphins and seals in their natural environment is an amazing experience. Swimming with dolphins takes things to a whole new level. Lucky for us, we get both! Make friends with these stunning, intelligent creatures just a short distance from Melbourne in the picturesque seaside village of Sorrento.
Barossa Valley
Stop 1: Hot air balloon ride
Fly high above the Barossa Valley and take in the incredible countryside views across this part of South Australia. This sunrise hot air balloon flight is well worth the early start and even includes a delicious picnic breakfast (including sparkling wine) once you touch back down to earth.
Stop 2: Helicopter ride
A helicopter ride is an experience everyone should try at least once. This Barossa scenic flight is one not to miss, giving you panoramic views of Rowland Flat, Jacob’s Creek Winery, Cockatoo Valley, the Whispering Wall and more. Stop 2: Mountain Biking
Head into the forest on this thrilling half day mountain bike adventure in Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Mountain biking is some of the most fun you can have on two wheels, and you’ll love the feeling as you wind your way along a hand-built single track, perfect for beginner and intermediate riders.
Byron Bay
Stop 1: Kayaking with dolphins
Don’t miss this Byron Bay sightseeing tour with a difference. Head out for a paddle on this dolphin spotting and sea kayaking adventure. A local guide will lead the way, taking you past Cape Byron Lighthouse and Australia's most easterly point. There’ll even be chance to learn to surf your kayak on the way back.
Stop 2: Scuba diving
