    Fitness and Experience

    • Those choosing to participate in the Guided Snorkel and Fish Feeding tour of the Tangalooma Wrecks must be able to swim. All participants snorkelling will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to entering the water. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, weight etc) may prevent you from joining the guided snorkelling tour

    • Check in is on the boat at 7:30am, return to Newport Marina at 4pm
    • Cruises may be cancelled upon the discretion of the cruise operators taking into account the weather conditions of the day.
    • Please note you MUST be able to swim to participate in this activity. Due to Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and Risk Assessments, participants are unable to snorkel alone at the Tangalooma Wrecks whilst on the cruise
    • There is a high probability that you will see dolphins, dugongs and turtles, however this cannot be guaranteed as all the marine life are untamed and free in their natural habitat
