Book this introductory two hour lesson to discover why efoiling has become Australia's fastest growing watersports. Meet your expert guides at Golden Beach for a demonstration on how to use your Fliteboards safely. By the end of the lesson, they'll have you up on your feet flying over the water. 

    The lesson will first take place on land before you hit the waterways. Begin by kneeling on the board and testing the speeds of the Fliteboard. As your confidence grows, stand up and feel the sensational feeling of freedom as you carve up the ocean near the Pumistone Passage overlooking Bribie Island and Caloundra. This exciting surfing experience on the Sunshine Coast is recommended for two thrill seekers.

    Fitness and Experience

    • The boards have a weight capacity of 100kg
    • Some swimming is involved so medium level competency required
    • Minimum age of 12 years old accompanied by a guardian
    • Not suitable for someone who is pregnant
    • Medium swimming capability
