With the vast spread of domes and restrictions due to sacred sites, access from ground based touring is restricted to over 75% of Kata Tjuta. Time
- AM and a PM flights depart daily, although exact flight times are not confirmed until after the booking as they can change with the sunrise times
- As an approximate the AM flight operates around 10.30am-12pm, but subject to change, and the PM flight operates between 2pm-3.30pm
- Upon completion of your booking, the tour operators phone number will be available for you to confirm the exact flight time closer to your departure date

- This experience departs from the Town Square Helipad, Tourist Information Centre, Yulara Northern Territory.
Terms And Conditions
- For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, an additional adjacent seat is allocated on board the helicopter with a surcharge incorporated into the fare type
- Passengers 125 kilograms and above are required to contact PHS (Professional Helicopter Services) as the supplier directly
- Flight path is subject to change
- Participants under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Please inform the provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking
- As these flights are subject to availability, please note that your booking is on a request basis only. Once you complete the booking, a tour operator details will be displayed on your tour voucher so you can contact the tour operator to confirm the date and flight time
- Should the date you requested not be available, date changes are allowed. If you are not able to move the date, a full refund will be issued

Lack of professionalism
Apart from the rather expensive prices for short flights, the organization leaves a lot to be desired. We were informed only 15 minutes before our shuttle was due to leave that our flight had been cancelled. Customer service offered little or no follow-up or alternatives over the phone. And last but not least, a lengthy refund process that was only speeded up once we had called them. A lack of professionalism that is common to Ayers Rock professionals in general.

BEST TOUR AT ULRU
Absolutely loved our trip. The staff were amazing.. I would recommend for anyone thinking about doing this trip, just do it... Our pilot had so much knowledge about Ulru and answered all our questions... The young lady that collected us from our accommodation was brilliant, so helpful.. Would do it again in a heartbeat... Thankyou ❤️
