What you can expect
Reach thrilling heights and soak up incredible scenery from the top on a hot air balloon flight over the Brisbane Region. Taking off at sunrise, you'll spend up to an hour floating over the sprawling landscapes just 30 minutes west of Brisbane, with views of Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Moreton Bay and more. Then dig into a delicious hot breakfast while you're still buzzing from the high of your flight. Wake up nice and early to kick off your hot air ballooning adventure before sunrise, and meet your experienced and friendly pilot before you're taken to the launch site. You can choose if you are keen to help out with the inflation of the hot air balloon then climb on board once you're ready for take off. Up in the air you'll float high over the country and citsycapes below as the first rays of sunlight begin to wake everything up. Enjoy incredible views of the city Ipswich, Flinders Peak, Mt. Walker, the Great Dividing ranges, McPherson Ranges, Mt. Tamborine, Moreton Bay, the skyline of Brisbane, Mount Coot-tha, DAguilar Range, Wivenhoe Dam, the Brisbane, Fassifern and Lockyer Valleys and the Brisbane and Bremer Rivers. The view from the top is unbeatable, and your flying adventure is followed up with a delicious hot breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

What To Bring
- Comfortable clothing that can get a bit dirty
- Hat to buffer the heat is recommended
- Solid shoes - the ground is often covered with dew in the early morning
- Layers are recommended - the temperature is about the same in the air as on the ground and there is no wind chill as you move with the breeze

Terms And Conditions
- Passengers weights must be noted in the Booking Notes
- Children aged 6-12yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 years are not allowed to fly as per the Australian aviation rules
- The flight path is subject to change without notice as dependant on wind speed with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of passengers in mind
- The flight time can slightly alter on the day, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight
- Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date – will incur a $25 cancellation fee per person deducted from your refund or full credit will held against the re-booking of your flight
- Please advise the booking office if you are over 90 kilograms or have any medical issues
- Anyone over 115kg may incur a 50% surcharge, payable direct to the supplier. Due to safety factors passengers over 130kg cannot participate in hot air ballooning
Cancellation Policy
- Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date & time – will incur a $25 cancellation/ alteration fee per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund or credit will held against the re-booking of your flight.
- Any flight altered or cancelled between 72 hours (3 days) and 7 days prior to flight date & time
- will incur a rebooking fee of $50.00 per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund or credit will held against the re-booking of your flight.
- Any flight altered or cancelled within 72 hours prior to flight date & time
- will forfeit the full fare per person and will not be refunded.

Fantastic Adventure
My recent adventure with the Hot Air Balloon Flight & Breakfast in the Brisbane region was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, the experience was well-organized, thrilling, and unforgettable. The Experience: The day began early with a friendly welcome from Graeme and the crew. After a brief but thorough safety briefing, we were transported to the launch site. Watching the balloon inflate as the sun began to rise was a sight to behold. The excitement built up as we prepared for take-off. The Flight: Once airborne, the views were breathtaking. Floating gently above the Ipswich region, we were treated to stunning vistas of the countryside, rivers, and mountains. The peacefulness of drifting with the wind, combined with the beautiful sunrise, made for a serene and memorable experience. Our pilot was knowledgeable and provided interesting commentary about the landscape and the mechanics of ballooning. The Landing: The landing was smooth and well-coordinated. After touching down, the crew and the passengers efficiently packed up the balloon, and we were transported back for breakfast. The Breakfast: The breakfast that followed was a delightful end to the adventure. Held at a charming local venue forthchild, It was the perfect way to unwind and reflect on the morning's excitement.
