What you can expect
This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime, true Top Gun experience for any adrenaline seeker! The roar of the jet spooling up is one thing, but the sheer exhilaration of 4000 lbs of jet thrust is unbelievable! You'll experience your childhood dream of becoming a Top Gun fighter pilot or James Bond with a Fighter Pilot aerobatic adventure flight in a Czechoslovakian L-39C Albatros Fighter Jet. Undergo a full mission briefing to discuss the flight's intensity, safety and communication procedures. After a detailed run through of the aerobatic manoeuvres, you’ll be kitted out in jet fighter attire including flight suit and a fighter helmet. Make your way out to the L-39C and be strapped in for the flight of a lifetime. After a final run through and system check, you’ll be ready for the action to start! After takeoff, you'll quickly ascend to altitude and after a final OK, you'll proceed to your mission area over Wyaralong Dam and complete a full range of aerobatic manoeuvres - as mild or wild as you like! The L-39C is incredibly agile and you'll be looping, rolling and blasting through the skies with G-forces of up to +6.5 and speeds of up to 900 KM/H. Following the aerobatic session, you'll make your way back to Archerfield for a de-brief and photo opportunities.

Inclusions
- 25-minute aerobatic adventure in an L-39 jet fighter aircraft
- 25 minutes engine start to stop, 15 minutes take off to landing
- Preflight briefing and post-flight debrief
- All insurances and AWAL approvals

Time
- Please allow 60 minutes in total for a safety briefing and cockpit preparation
- Duration 25 minutes from engine start to stop
- Take off to landing is 20 minutes
Departure Location
- Flights operate from Brisbane’s Archerfield Airport, Hangar 612 Lores Bonney Drive, Archerfield. The airport is approx. 25mins drive from Brisbane City or 55mins from the Gold Coast.
What To Bring
- Closed shoes are required
- The experience provider will supply a military flight suit and a helmet
Additional Information
- Flights are dependant on weather conditions. The provider will accommodate rescheduling due to inclement weather
- CASA REGULATIONS - BOOKING ADVENTURE FLIGHTS:
- Military aircraft are built and tested to different standards than that put forward by CASA or any equivalent international civil aviation governing body. As such, in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Parts 132.140, 132.150 and 132.155;
- The design, manufacture and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any standard recognized by CASA; and
- CASA does not require the aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft used for regular public transport or charter operations; and
- The passenger agrees to participate in this flight at his or her own risk; and
- If it is reasonable to believe that a passenger cannot understand the safety briefing; said passenger must be accompanied on the flight by a parent, guardian, or carer; and
- A detailed briefing will be provided to the passenger before they board the aircraft. This will include signing our liability waiver and acknowledgment of the briefing. If under 18 years old the waiver and acknowledgment must be signed by a parent or guardian.
- Spectators are welcome to watch from the hangar
- Flight upgrades are available on the day should you wish to extend your flight time
Terms And Conditions
- For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. If you have any questions as to your fitness for this experience, you should consult your doctor
- Minimum age for this experience is 14 years old. Anyone under 18 years of age will require parent or legal guardian authorisation on the day
- Maximum weight 136kg
- Maximum height is 201cm
- This is not suitable for pregnant women
- Avoid excessive alcohol the night before, if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be able to participate in the flight and will forfeit your experience
- It is recommended that you eat regular meals prior to flight, avoid overeating, fruit juices or excessive fluid intake two hours prior to your flight. Get a good night's sleep and avoid excessive alcohol the night before
- If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be able to participate in the flight and will forfeit your voucher
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Out of this world!!!
I had high expectations and they were blown out of the water!!! From the easy booking process, the great communication and Cameron the pilot he had a great sense of humour and the best down to earth personality. This whole experience was incredible I'm still blown away 4 hours later I wouldn't change 1 thing about this experience what an amazing family run business I can't praise their hard work and efforts enough. If you're on the fence about booking this experience please book it you will remember it for a life time I can't stop smiling.
