- Please note during the festive holiday season, jumps and swings are operating 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm
- Outside of this period, jumps and swings will be operating as per the below:
- Monday - Friday: 10am - 12:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday 10am - 3pm
- Pickup from Cairns City Hotels/Hostels at 9.00am, 11am and 1pm

- Located 14-88 McGregor Road, Smithfield, Cairns - just 15 minutes north of Cairns CBD. Return Transfers from Cairns CBD Hotels and Hostels (subject to availability) please contact the supplier after booking to confirm your transfer

Additional Information
- Minimum jump age is 10 years old
- Minimum jump weight is 45kgs (if you are over 35kgs you may be able to do a tandem jump)
- Any medical conditions must be advised
- Transfers operate from Cairns at 9.30am 11am and 12.30pm - Return Transfer times are dependant of activities on the day.
- This experience goes ahead in all weather, except cyclonic conditions and lightning
- Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience

My bungee experience
What an amazing experience it was. I was late because my flight was delayed but they were kind enough to squeeze me in later in the day. The ambience is so chill, a great place to have a drink and chill and contemplate about why you wanna jump off of a platform attached to a rope 😄. The staff was great, the food was fresh, fantastic experience. The only issue I've had was the go pro did not capture the entire fall, so i only had footage from other angles.

The experience was really easy to book, staff were friendly and helpful. The jump itself was awesome! Definitely recommend giving it a go

Great customer service! I usually jump off cliffs so the jump wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be but it’s a good start for a first bunjee jump!
