What you can expect
This unforgettable 30 minute scenic helicopter flight over Cairns packs a punch from start to finish. Taking off from Cairns Airport, admire the city from above before heading across to Trinity Inlet and Amiralty Island. Tighten your seatbelt as you track west and climb to a whopping 2,500 feet, leaving the metropolis behind and making your way over the Great Dividing Range. Get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty of the lush green hills and dense rainforests of Tropical North Queensland. Take a glimpse of the pristine waters of Lake Morris and emerge at the bowl-shaped Stoney Creek. From here, you'll fly up the steep walls of Barron Gorge and get an up-close look at the magnificent Barron Waterfalls cascading right before you. Crossing more dense rainforest, you'll emerge in the northern beaches and track back home with stunning panoramic views out to Green Island and the Great Barrier Reef.

Time

- Passengers must arrive no less than 20 minutes prior to planned departure
- During check-in, passengers will be given a mandatory safety briefing and for Covid19 screening purposes, undergo thermal screening and a be asked to respond to a brief wellness questionnaire

Terms And Conditions
- Maximum passenger weight is 130kg
- Children up to two years old may travel free of charge when seated on a parents/guardians lap
- Minimum of two people per booking
- The experience provider will contact you within 24 hours of the start time of your flight if there is any possibility that the weather may impact the flight.
- Friends and family are welcome to make use of the air-conditioned office and local amenities.
