I really enjoyed the surroundings at Popran Creek / Glenworth Valley. Beautiful spot. The instructors were professional and were ensured the safety of all in the group, but allowed more experienced kayakers to extend themselves.
A fantastic experience! I would not hesitate to arrange another adventure from Adrenalin. Everything was 100% positive from start of the booking to the day itself. Kayaking was a great family activity!
Kayaking is a great way to see beautiful river and sea areas of our landscape from the water. This half day tour won't disappoint. Departing one hour north of Sydney, this tour offer paddlers the opportunity to explore the unspoilt wilderness of Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley. As you paddle down Popran Creek you can choose to either explore the peaceful upper reaches of Mangrove Creek or head down stream onto the magnificent Hawkesbury River system.
This 2-3 hour tour is an exciting eco experience, ideal to enjoy with family, kids, and friends, or for group outings for social organisations and corporate team building activities.
After your kayaking trip why not take some time out to enjoy yourself and camp the night on the banks of Popran Creek? There are over 200 acres of secluded river front camping spots to choose from with some locations offering fishing from right in front of your tent.
This experience is part of our Low-Footprint Adventures range because it's Sustainable Tourism Accredited by the Australian Tourism Industry Council for being an environmentally conscious and low-impact activity.

Average, great for beginners
I'm not sure how to put it. Maybe underwhelming? Average. Like a high-school camp but less picturesque. Great for first time kyackers. Staff where nice, kyacks & life jackets in good shape, emenities where good.
Slightly disappointed
Bit disappointing as we were hoping for a guided tour to tell us about local history, flora and fauna but our guide, who was very nice, had to spend the time with inexperienced kayakers. We are also still waiting for our photos to be emailed to us.
Not good for a beginner
My wife and I found ourselves among a group of experienced people while it was our first time to try that activity. Because of that bad planning of the staff by ((((gathering between experienced people and beginners)))) we didn't enjoy our time, and we couldn't complete our trip. If you are a beginner, try this activity in another place.
