What you can expect
Get up close with the crocs on Adelaide River in this half day cruise adventure. Departing from Darwin, you'll head out onto the water to enjoy incredible scenery, learn all about the crocodiles, and even watch them leap out of the water for a taste of buffalo meat. On Adelaide River you'll spot at least one of over 1,600 crocodiles, and your wildlife guide will share insights on crocodile biology, territorial habits, and their value to the eco system. Your guide will also offer up a bit of buffalo meat to coax the crocs to come close and show you their impressive leaping hunting techniques. It's a spectacular sight to see, along with a variety of birdlife and views of Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve.
