We recently went on a sea kayaking and snorkeling trip and it was an absolutely wonderful experience that we would gladly do again. From the moment we started, the entire excursion was perfectly organized, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable adventure. The sea kayaking part was exhilarating, offering stunning views and a peaceful glide over clear waters. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the snorkeling. The underwater world was vibrant with life and colors, a true feast for the eyes. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout. We loved every minute of this trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience on the water.
What you can expect
Get back to nature with this sea kayaking morning tour on the Gold Coast. Keep an eye out for dolphins, turtles and stingrays as you paddle the calm, clear waters of Broadwater then snorkel with subtropical fish off Wavebreak Island. Your action-packed morning begins with a continental-style breakfast on Budd's Beach followed by a safety briefing and instruction on how to get the best out of the kayaks and snorkels.
Then, grab your paddles and get kayaking and make sure you keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, turtles, stingrays and even whales during the months of May to November. It's a gentle paddle to the secluded islands and from here you will pop on your mask and snorkel and plunge into the water to get an even better view of what lies beneath!

- Tours depart daily except Sundays in front of 464 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters at approximately 7:20am and return at approximately 11am. Total kayaking time for the whole tour is approximately 1 hour
