Terms And Conditions

Minimum of 4 paid passengers per flight
Maximum of 6 adults per flight
Adult pricing applies to children aged 13 years and over and the aircraft must have minimum paid passenger numbers as above
Children aged 2-12 years must be accompanied by an adult carer and the aircraft must have minimum paid passenger numbers as above
Children aged 2 years and under are free however they must sit on an adult's lap
Flight routes are constant, flight times are approximate only and may vary according to helicopter type, number of passengers and/or weather conditions
Passenger weights are to be supplied upon booking. A weight variance of more than 10% may incur full cancellation on the spot with no refund
Children 2 yrs and older, up to 110 kilograms
Passengers weighing over 110 kilograms are subject to a comfort seat charge
Maximum Passenger Loading 480/580 Kilograms depending on configuration
Seating is allocated by SWH staff dependent upon weight and balance criteria on each flight

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with more than 7 days notice incur no charge
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice incur 15% charge
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur 100% fee
