What you can expect

Enter Sea World's tropical reef pool and swim amongst tropical fish, rays and other fascinating marine life including harmless leopard and white-tip reef sharks. Follow an educational trail with underwater signage and look through to the Shark Lagoon to see the larger Sharks. Inclusions

Exclusions

  • Entry to Sea World is NOT included with any Animal Adventures Program and MUST be purchased separately. Participants arriving without an entry ticket for general admission will not be able to participate in the Animal Adventure Program booked. Admission can be purchased on the day, however it is recommended that you pre-purchase your entry to avoid waiting in line and missing your Animal Adventure

Time

  • This Experience goes for approximately 20 mins and is available 7 days a week excluding Christmas Day
  • Sea World Operating hours are 10am - 5pm
  • Attractions operational from 10am
  • Open from 1.30pm to 5pm on ANZAC Day (25 April). Closed Christmas Day (25 December)
  • From 26th December 2024 to 28th January 2025, it operates from 9.30am - 5.00pm
  • Rides and attractions are subject to change to enable maintenance and some rides and attractions will not operate during inclement weather conditions.
  • Please note queue lines may close earlier to allow attractions to finish in line with park closing times

What To Bring

  • Guests are not permitted to wear any visible jewellery of any type

Additional Information

  • Participants must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or hold a valid pass for entry to Sea World
  • Participants must be 8 years of age or over.
  • Participants under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a paying person 14 years or older (one guardian per child). This person must be able to provide assistance to the younger child during the wetsuit dressing process and while in the pool.
  • Participants must be able to speak and/or understand English or have a translator available to translate the pre-program brief for them. Persons acting as a translators must advise staff at the start of the program.
  • Participants must read and acknowledge all health risks (some medical conditions will prohibit participation)
  • Participants must be competent swimmers/able to swim unaided
  • Participants must have controlled motor movement
  • Participants must be able to understand and follow the directional hand signals of staff as outlined in the snorkel briefing
  • Participants must be able to quickly exit the pool area unassisted
  • Participants must not have any open cuts or infections
  • Guests with disabilities are asked to call Customer Connect to determine suitability to participate in the Animal Adventures programs. Please note a limited number of special needs. programs are available for people with disabilities that otherwise prohibit them from participating
  • If pregnant, participants must not be further than 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sea World may at its sole discretion cancel any Animal Adventures program if the Marine Sciences staff member is of the opinion that extreme weather or other conditions make it impossible for the program to be held. In the event of such cancellation participants will either be rebooked into another Animal Adventures program (subject to program availability) or a full refund of program costs paid will be given to guests. Refunds will only be paid to the person who made the booking
  • Animal Adventure bookings are valid only for the date, time and program specified
