What you can expect
Have you ever dreamt of making your own beer or cider? This is your chance not only the learn how, but to produce a brew under the guidance of one of Melbourne’s best micro-breweries. As you join the Master Brew Class, you’ll be able to choose from more than 30 delicious recipes to come up with your drink of choice. In a hands-on experience, you’ll collect the ingredients needed, add the hops and mix the yeast – all guided by the experts – as you make your own chemical- and preservative-free beer while listening to great tunes and, of course, sampling some local brews. You’ll come back two weeks later to bottle, can or keg 25 litres of your own creation. DIY never tasted so good.

Stock the fridge with own brew cider
Absolutely the best way to stock the beer fridge and make a brew that suited my own taste :-) Two thumbs up for The Beer Factory - Melbourne. Just need to return to bottle my cider.

A blast!
Had a great time - had a one on one beer making sesh (incidentally) and learnt so much! Enjoyed some tasty beers and ciders during the brew too :D Was a bday prezzie for my partner, and feel this was a great alternative to more objects that we don’t need around the house! Thanks guys.

Brew Your Own Brew
I had a great experience with lots of knowledge and staff that really know there stuff. With a crew that enjoy drinking and making beer with clients that enjoy it just as much equates to an awesome adventure. The factory had a massive selection of beers to make with many craft beers. The entire experience was terrific. Will pick up my brew in another two weeks. Highly recommend.
