Melbourne is the kind of city you could spend days in – exploring and taking in the federation buildings along with the newly-built icons. So, why not bypass the traffic and explore Melbourne by kayak? This is the perfect way to see all of the city’s icons without the hassle of city streets. You’ll kick off your day with a safety briefing and a lesson in paddling, before you jump aboard and head downriver under the Princes Bridge towards the city centre. Your guide will share with you the city’s history and all the need-to-knows as you cruise the Yarra River. You’ll glide past Flinders Station and right to the must-see Polly Woodside Tallship, before you find yourself in hip Docklands and cruise through towards Crown Casino and South Bank. You’ll finish your paddle back at Boathouse Drive and find your way onto dry land.

Awsome experience
Worth the money.. Tour was started by complete, yet short briefing on safety and basics of kayaking. Tour was 1:30hrs and every minute was enjoyable.

Great first time experience. Very enjoyable
Great experience. My wife and I - beginner senior citizens, enjoyed the experience. Guide made us feel comfortable with the kayaking tips before we got going. Took us a few minutes to get used to managing the kayak in the water. Our guide, Austin, was patient with our slow start. Helped us out a bit during the start.Once we got going, his knowledge of the river, the river traffic rules and brief history of the points we touched was good. Will continue kayaking after this enjoyable trip
