See North East Victoria from a unique perspective during this exciting sunrise hot air balloon flight. For about 45 minutes to an hour, you will enjoy flying with the wind high above the Rutherglen vineyards and Corowa farmland, watching the sun rise above the landscapes. After touch down you will be treated to a glass of bubbles or juice. Your ballooning adventure begins before sunrise, when you will be driven from the meeting point to the launch site. If you want to get involved in the action, assist with the balloon inflation or stand back and feel your excitement build. Once inside the basket, listen to one final briefing from your pilot before taking off and soaring high above the beautiful Rutherglen vineyards and Corowa farmland. You might even fly interstate over the North of the Murray River into NSW.

Operating Hours

Please allow 4-5 hours for the entire experience
The flight is approximately 45-60 minutes in duration
Available Thursday to Monday at sunrise
Meeting times are generally 60 to 90 minutes before sunrise, and the exact time will vary throughout the year
Your pilot will advise the exact meeting time and check-in details for your flight by text on the evening before your flight. This will be between 6:30pm and 7pm
Meeting times are dependent on the season, and the expected weather conditions

Please note: The balloon burners do sometimes drip water mixed with carbon. This can drip on your clothing. It is recommended that you do not wear white clothes
Flying season may conclude late May/June depending on weather.
Cancellation policy: Flights may be cancelled if weather is unsuitable. Our standard Terms and conditions apply. Rescheduling Vouchers may be transferred to another day. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
Guests must be able to enter and exit the basket unaided, and must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
Weight limits apply – persons weighing in excess of 150kg will pay a surcharge
