Rottnest Island is home to over 400 different species of fish and a bountiful population of dolphins, stingrays, sea bird and curious Australian Sea Lions that may just pop by to say hello while you are snorkelling. A huge cargo net is also awaiting any adventurous takers while the comfortable trampolines are available for those who want to kick back, unwind and soak up the sunshine. Beyond the golden beaches and Quokkas, there are so many things to do on Rottnest Island.

The duration of this experience is 2.5 hours (allow up to 3hrs).

Departure Location

This experience departs from the Thomson Bay Fuel Jetty, Rottnest Island.
Departure times may vary by day or month. Departure time will be advised during the booking process.
Please be at the jetty waiting no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding.

Additional Information

Expectant guests who are 28-36 weeks pregnant will require medical clearance to board. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate anyone over 36 weeks gestation
All guests entering the water must be able to swim independently, unaided, except for young children who must always be under the full guidance of an adult.
A swimming waiver is required to be signed when onboard, before entering the water.

Terms And Conditions

This is a public tour - there will be other paying guests on the boat with you (up to 24)
For groups of 9 or more please contact the operator to discuss a private booking.
Requires a minimum of 6 adults to proceed. If this is not reached the operator will contact you with as much notice as possible to discuss alternative options. Due to the nature of the island being a day visitation destination, the operator may unable to be confirmed numbers until on the day.
Required safe weather to proceed. Operator reserves the right to cancel and reschedule if ocean conditions require it
Direction of tour and choice of bay is at the skippers discretion who will take all conditions into account on the day as well as abilities onboard.
Children are welcome as part of a family group but need to be under direct adult supervision at all times. Kids aged 1-3 are welcome with an accompanying adult subject to space onboard, otherwise a ticket may need to be purchase. Please contact the operator.
Children under 10 may be asked to wear a life jacket at all times. Snorkelers must be aged 8 and over to join the guided tour but are welcome to free snorkel nearby with an accompanying adult.
One reschedule is permitted no later than 72 hours prior to departure. Further changes (not caused by the operator) are not permitted. Guest transfers are allowed if notice is given up to 24 hours before departure. Refunds are given at the discretion of management and will not be issued due to a change of mind. An administration fee of $25 per person will apply to changes outside of these terms, as approved by management

Cancellation Policy

Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. Bookings of 4 or more: 7 days notice is required.
Changes are not permitted within 72 days of your experience (7 days for 4 or more).
Late arrivals or no shows will be unable to rebook.
Requests must be sent via email directly to the operator, contact details will be provided once your experience is confirmed. Please quote your booking reference and requested changes. Please note only one reschedule will be allowed per booking and must be processed before the cut-off times, within the same season. Subsequent reschedules will incur a change fee of $25pp
Participant Changes: Requests for participant name changes are permitted and must be sent via email directly to the operator at least 24 hours prior to departure. Operator contact details will be provided once your experience is confirmed. Please provide guests full name, mobile number and email address

Nothing special

Friendly, informative staff. Can't fault them at all. However, not really worth the money. Went to an average reef. There are better snorkel spots off the shore.
