Ever wanted to test your aim? This is your chance to enjoy the thrill of clay target shooting with a real 12-gauge shotgun under the direction of Suzy Balogh, an Olympic gold medalist. Your experience is about 90 minutes in total, action-packed with exciting tasks to challenge your shooting skills. When you arrive at the shooting range you'll first fill in a NSW Police declaration form, then get kitted up for the session. With a shooting jacket, safety glasses and earplugs, you're ready to go. You'll be in a session with about 10-16 people and together you'll have a safety briefing where you're shown how to handle the gun safely, how to hold it and how the ammunition works. Then the action begins. With one-on-one instruction you'll fire at clay targets from individual safety frames. It starts easier with single incoming targets, and once you are getting the hang of aiming the targets will become more and more challenging. Test your skills on doubles, pairs, outgoing and crossing targets as you try to take the title of most accurate shooter. After all the excitement you'll take home a clay target autographed by Suzy Balogh as a memento of your clay shooting session.
