Head out on this freshwater fishing adventure along the Nepean and Warragamba Rivers in search of bass. Your experienced guide, Steve, has years of experience in these waters and will take you to the best spots, with herring, mullet, trout and carp all possible catches. The custom-built 4.6m bass boat with a 60hp outboard makes for a smooth and fast ride up the river, and the electric motor makes it easier to approach quietly. The views are amazing too, steep gorge rock faces and lots of wildlife, including wallabies and eagles regularly seen. You’ll also enjoy a great view of the Warragamba dam from below the huge dam wall. Tours only have 2 anglers on board, and your guide has been running charters for more than a decade, so personal attention and advice is guaranteed. After a quick safety briefing, Steve will have you dangling your fishing line in search of your first catch. Your main target will be the hard-fighting native bass on either surface or diving lures, depending on conditions. Rainbow and brown trout, carp, herring and mullet, will also be possible catches as you're casting the lures for the bass. You’ll use top quality Shimano rods and reels, along with the best of east coast and tailor-made lures. No need for a fishing licence, we’ve organised that for you!
