Terms And Conditions

The experience provider reserves the right to end hire/tour
Participants are required to tell us before the hire/tour commences if they have pre-existing medical conditions which could impair riding capabilities
All participants must have some level of fitness as some rides are more physically demanding than others and must also be able to tread water with a life jacket on in the event you fall off the jet ski
The maximum weight of an individual person allowed to partake in activities is 130kg
Persons in excess of the weight limit pose an increased health and safety risk to themselves, customers, and staff. The experience provider has set the maximum to 200kg for doubles inclusive of riders and luggage to be adhered to. This is set for the safety of customers
The minimum age for persons to drive watercraft is 16 years (If under 18 a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf), and all passengers must be 8 years or older
