    From the moment you climb aboard this Russian YAK 52 aircraft, you will get the sensation of what it was like to be a World War II fighter pilot. During this aerobatic adventure flight, you will experience the thrill of an aerobatic routine involving exhilarating manoeuvres, medium to high g-forces, as you loop, roll and twist through the sky, with breathtaking views of the beautiful Gold Coast below you.

    Your aerobatic adventure flight begins with a custom briefing, which includes all aspects of the flight, aircraft details and safety procedures. You will then gear up in your flight suit, strap yourself in, hang on and prepare for a fantastic, mind-twisting aerobatic flight. During the flight, your professional pilot will perform manoeuvres such as loops and barrel rolls. As the pilot and yourself are the only ones on board, you can request the full aerobatic treatment, or ask the pilot to tone it down, for a more right way up adventure flight.

    Fitness and Experience

    • Participants should be in good general physical health
    • Minimum age 12 (those under 18 years of age will require parent or legal guardian authorisation on the day)
    • Maximum weight 105kg
    • Maximum height 192cm

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Wear comfortable clothing suited to the weather on the day
    • You must wear closed-toe shoes (i.e. no thongs or sandals) 
    • A light breakfast or lunch an hour prior to your flight is recommended (not eating in an attempt to avoid motion sickness can be detrimental)
    • Hangovers or other alcohol related-effects are not permitted
    • Spectators can watch take off and landing

    What is Supplied

    • Allow up to 1.5 hours for your experience (average time in the cockpit is 25 minutes)
    • All safety equipment provided
