    Fitness and Experience

    • The minimum age is five years
    • Customers under the influence of alcohol/drugs will not be permitted on the tour
    • Please advise jacket size before the experience date
    • Tour time starts from the scheduled pick-up time so make sure you arrive early to receive the full 30-minute experience
    • This is a chauffeured tour; you are a pillion (motorcycle passenger)

    • This tour is 30 minutes in duration, starting from the scheduled pick-up time, so make sure you arrive early to receive the full 30-minute experience
    • Only one trike per booking time. Please note: the provider cannot accommodate multiple trikes at the same time
    • Wet weather affects this experience. In the event of rain, you can call the provider and reschedule up to two hours prior to pick-up
    • If it rains the day of your tour, the rider will call you to see if you would like to go ahead with the tour or reschedule

    Cancellation Policy

    • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
