    Participant Changes

    No name changes are allowed once a booking is confirmed. Any flight changes must be approved by the supplier. If approved a $50 administration fee per person is payable directly to the supplier.

    Numbers on the day

    All flights are sold on a shared basis, so groups will be combined to make full flights of three. A minimum of three people are required to confirm a flight.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
