Was a really great adventure. I was apprehensive at first, but our pilot was so confident, calm and had years of local and international experience. I felt at ease and just enjoyed the spectacular views.
What you can expect
Victoria’s King Valley – with its cascading waterfalls and majestic mountain ranges – is home to award-winning vineyards. This is your chance to see all the Valley has to offer… from a bird’s eye view. Greet the dawn with this romantic Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Flight and watch the sun rise as you float above the clouds and take in the Valley’s vineyards and High Country. You’ll meet before first light for your safety briefing and, after your adventure, will finish your morning at the award-winning Brown Brothers Vineyard – where the Brown Brothers family have been making wine since 1889. Not to be missed.

Time
- Please allow between 3 - 4 hours total for this experience
- The meeting time is before dawn and the time varies with the sunrise. You will usually meet approximately 45 minutes before first light
Departure Location
- The experience departs from the Historic Barn, Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard, 239 Milawa-Bobinawarrah Road, Milawa, Victoria 3678. Free parking is available.
What To Bring
- A cap, beanie or hat as the burners generate radiant heat
- Closed footwear
- Rug up – be sure to wear lots of layers
- Minimal baggage is allowed on board the flight. Extra bags and items of clothing can be left on the bus or with the crew
- Large camera bags are discouraged

- Passengers must be aged 6 years and above
- This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
- Phones need to be set to flight mode and must used for photography. Large camera bags are discouraged
