  • Experience Details

    Fitness and Experience

    • Full training is provided so no experience necessary however we do recommend that you are not afraid of heights
    • Minimum age is 15
    • A moderate level of fitness is required
    • Please note if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Comfortable clothing suitable for exercising - no jeans
    • Enclosed footwear (hiking boots or runners)
    • Waterproof jacket
    • Warm clothing - check the weather forecast for Katoomba
    • Snacks
    • One litre of water
    • Sunscreen, sunglasses and hat
