Your experience begins in a picturesque spot at the south end of Palm Cove, where your friendly guides will get you ready for your paddling session. Then set out from the pristine sandy shores and leave the palm trees behind you as you begin your kayak to Double Island. It’s about a 20-30 minute paddle to Double Island through crystal clear water, so you can check out the bustling marine life below you as you go.
Once you arrive at Double Island you’ll have plenty of time to explore the reef, enjoy the colourful marine world and get up close and personal with tropical species like eagle rays, shovelnose sharks, mangrove rays, colourful fish and sea turtles.
