To begin, you'll take a scenic boat ride out to the first gorge where you'll find your canoe ready and waiting. Let a feeling of adrenaline mixed with wonderment rush over you as you paddle along the stunning waters of the first gorge, second gorge and beyond. Soak in the beautiful scenery, spot unique wildlife, enjoy a picnic in the shaded banks or take a dip in the water!

    Fitness and Experience

    • Children under the age of 5 years (inclusive) are not permitted to canoe due to safety regulations and children 6-12 years (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult
    • High fitness level is required; this tour is not suitable for guests with mobility issues
    • Please wear appropriate footwear and be aware of your surroundings all the time
    • Portages will vary in difficulty depending on river levels

    What to Bring/Wear

    It is recommend to bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, drinking water, snacks, suitable enclosed footwear and dry bags.

    More Information

    • This experience is approximately 4.5 hours in duration
    • Available seven days per week
    • AM experience: 8am-12:30pm - PM experience: 1pm-5:30pm
    • Typically operates between June to November annually only
    • All guests are asked to be at the jetty 30 minutes prior to departure
    • Strictly one person per single canoe and two people per double canoe
    • This experience is not suitable for participants with mobility issues
    • All canoe tours require a $50.00 pre-authorisation or refundable cash deposit per canoe at the time of registration
    • Please note that Park Fees are not included in our tour costs and will need to be purchased separately.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
