Children On Board
Children are welcome as part of a family group but need to be under direct adult supervision at all times. Kids aged 2-3 are free with an accompanying adult. Please contact us if you would like to bring an infant onboard as we carry limited life jackets across all sizes (Wahu vests are not sufficient). Passenger numbers for children are capped due to safety and life jacket requirements.
Rescheduling: Requests for reschedules must be sent via email directly to the operator, contact details will be provided once your experience is confirmed. Please quote your booking reference and requested changes. Please note only one reschedule will be allowed per booking and must be processed before the cut-off: 72 hours before departure, within the same season. Subsequent changes will incur a fee of $25pp. For groups of 5, 7 days notice is required.
Participant Changes: Requests for participant name changes are permitted and must be sent via email directly to the operator at least 24 hours prior to departure. Operator contact details will be provided once your experience is confirmed. Please provide guests full name, mobile number and email address.
