Try Yachting, 3 Hours - Spit Bridge, Sydney

Experience the magic of Sydney Harbour on board one of our race tuned yachts. This three hour lesson introduces you to the exciting sport of sailing in a safe and controlled way. It is a great way to meet new friends and have fun on the water.

Try Yachting is ideal for beginners - but if you are already experienced you are still welcome to join us for some fresh sea air and sunshine. Or why not introduce a friend to sailing?

The lesson begins with a short safety briefing and an explanation of the basic parts of the yacht, as well as use of clutches, winches, halyards and sheets.

You go on to learn how to hoist and trim the sails, sail across the wind, helm the boat on different points of sail and to tack and gybe.

You can join us for the morning session at 10:00 AM and then grab lunch at the Yacht Club, or if you prefer choose the afternoon lesson at 2:00 PM and then enjoy après sail refreshments in the waterside bar.
