You'll learn the basics or touch up on some existing skills as you glide along the amazing waters of Manly. After the lesson, enjoy one hour of stand up paddle board hire to practice your newfound skills. 

    Located on the beautiful North harbour of Manly, you will be guided through all the key areas of the sport with experienced instructors. You will learn safety on the water, how to carry equipment, basic paddle strokes and turns, correct stances and how to use the paddle for stability. After the lesson, you'll enjoy     one hour of general hire to make sure you get the most out of your paddle board experience on Sydney Harbour.

    • Basic instruction is provided so previous experience is not required
    • A good level of fitness is helpful as this is a physical activity
