This BBQ Seafood class will have you impressing all your guests as you cook up the perfect Seafood dish! These tasty dishes are matched to a range of delightful Yellowtail Wines. If you want to try something different, try your hand at cooking up a BBQ Seafood feast on the BBQ! If you love your seafood and want to get the best out of your BBQ, the BBQ Seafood cooking class is what you are looking for! Experience marinating techniques allowing you to maintain the great natural flavours. Gain confidence with cooking on the BBQ and learn tips for timing and skills to enhance presentation. You'll head home knowing that you're a qualified BBQ expert and will be crowned in glory by friends and family when you entertain at home.

Terms And Conditions
- No experience is necessary
- Children under 12 should be accompanied by a participating adult
- Participants must be 18+ years old to consume alcohol. A photo ID may be required.
- Lessons are attended by between 12-20 students (plus 2 experienced chefs).
- The class includes all ingredients, light refreshments and a fantastic meal to enjoy together.
- The classes are both demonstration and hands-on experiences to ensure you have the confidence to replicate the dishes at home.
- If you have dietary requirements, please notify the experience provider once your booking has been confirmed.
- This experience is best enjoyed as a participant. To ensure maximum space and comfort of booked guests we do not have spectators for this experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Change or cancel your booking free of charge 72 hours prior to the experience date
- 72 hours until the experience date: $50 per participant fee to be charged to change the date. This will be the fee for fresh produce, already assigned to you.
- No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances.
