What you can expect
The Superbike Experience brings a whole new meaning to the ‘ride of your life’ as you join ex MotoGP and Superbike racer Anthony West, for a wild three lap pillion ride on the Queensland Raceways circuit in Brisbane. If you have a need for speed, this superbike ride fits the bill offering riders the chance to reach speeds up to 280km/hour - something that's simply not possible on civilian roads. Learn about the world of racing with a meet and greet with Anthony and a thorough medical and safety briefing before it’s time to gear up for your superbike ride. Experienced riders are welcome to bring their own safety equipment, otherwise they’ll be provided for you on the day. Then, it’s time to climb aboard, lean in and hold on with a warmup lap followed by an exhilarating fast lap and a cool down lap. Don’t miss out on this superbike experience with the bonus of meeting and riding with an ex Superbike racer. The invigorating experience and memories are absolutely worth it!

How It Works
- Report to the Sign-On Office at the allocated time.
- Undertake a medical examination by QR medical provider who will check your medical history and blood pressure
- Once cleared by QR Medical head back to the Sign-On office to sign-on, complete a recreational one-day license application form and receive a wrist band
- Get dress in the required safety equipment QR Supplies leathers, boots, gloves, helmet
- Once it’s time for your ride you will be escorted to pit lane to meet your rider
- The rider and Event Manger will brief you prior to mounting the motorcycles
Inclusions
- Pillion rides will be 3 laps – a warm-up lap and a fast lap and then cool down lap

- Please allow 1 hour for this experience, including the briefing and driving Race days are held throughout the year on specified dates

What To Bring
- Welcome to bring your own riding gear otherwise it will be provided on the day
Terms And Conditions
- Max Height: 179cm
- Max Weight: 95kg – 100k
- Minimum age 16 years and above
- Riders will not be permitted to take part if they have any of the following medical injuries or conditions
- Any Current Medication that may cause drowsiness
- Any Medical Conditions affecting balance, (Vestibulitis)
- No Extreme high blood pressure, (Uncontrolled hypertension)
- No Epileptic Seizures
- No Blood Thinning Medication or Antiplatelets (Warfarin, Clopidogrel). Aspirin is OK
- No Musculoskeletal Conditions affecting strength in limbs and torso.
- No Fractures
- Must have reasonable level of exercise tolerance (General Health Fitness)
- No Invasive Spinal Surgery (including fusions, stabilizations & metalwork implanted in spine)
- No Concussion within the last 30 days
- No Serious Head Injury Symptoms
- The ride may be interrupted or cancelled due to inclement weather as driving at high speed on a wet track can be dangerous. Please contact the supplier to confirm the status of the day. In the case of your drive being cancelled due to weather, your experience will be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
- For any re-bookings more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event date, there shall be no penalty applicable. For any re-bookings 30 - 14 days prior to a scheduled event date, a re-booking fee of $50 shall be applicable. For all bookings made directly with Queensland Raceway, this shall be processed by way of placing the appropriate credit on the customer's Queensland Raceways Account to enable the customer to re-book at a later time.
- There are no booking changes permitted within 14 days of an event. Any customer which fails to attend their experience booking without modifying their booking prior to the 14-day cutoff shall forfeit their booking & all monies paid.
- Refunds are not offered on Any V8 Race Experience purchases. If a customer is no longer able to attend their booking, they are permitted to nominate an alternative participant.
- If the experience is cancelled by Queensland Raceway, all bookings are to be rescheduled to a new date.
