Time
- Flights depart on Monday's, Thursday's, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's just on sunrise (times vary depending on the time of year)
Duration
- This experience is a one hour flight time followed by an a la carte breakfast
Departure Location
- Passengers are to meet at the Camden Valley Inn located at 290 Remembrance Drive, Cawdor NSW 2570 prior to their designated departure time.
What To Bring
- Comfortable clothing such as jeans and sneakers are recommended
Additional Information
- Children under 7 are not allowed to participate
- The flight path is subject to change without notice with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of the customers in mind
- The flight time can slightly alter on the day, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight
- All passengers must be fit and well with no significant knee, hip or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries, are able to stand unassisted for 1 hour and are not pregnant

- The Flexi Ticket option can be rescheduled to another date in the event of a weather cancellation.
- An admin fee may apply to any cancellations before your flight date, but this ticket cannot be cancelled/rescheduled within 72 hours of your flight time. Flight ticket

- Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity.
- The Flight Ticket option can be rescheduled to another date in the event of a weather cancellation but is non-refundable in the event of a weather cancellation or under any other circumstances.
